For those seeking peace and quiet, the campsite is a wonderful retreat, especially during the low season. Or visit in winter and pitch your tent or park your caravan or motorhome in the snow. Warm up in the sauna, then spend the evening around a campfire, gazing up at the star-filled sky.

Is there electricity at the campsite?
No, there is no electricity at the accommodation. However, you are welcome to charge your phone or power bank overnight.
Is there a shower?
Yes, there are shower facilities, but there is no running hot water. To shower, you'll need a solar shower bag. These are available for purchase at the reception.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome, but they must always be kept on a leash, both on and outside the campsite.
Is barbecuing allowed?
Yes, campfires are allowed as long as there is no fire ban in effect. Fires may only be made at designated barbecue areas or in portable fire pits that are raised at least 20 cm above the ground. Always keep some water nearby as a safety precaution.
Are boats and canoes available?
Yes, boats and canoes are available for use/rent.
Is it quiet in the evenings?
Yes, the campsite has peace and quiet as an important part of the experience.

Take direction Urshult at the following coordinates
Lat. 56°31´45´´ N och Lon. 14°49´09´´ O
and then to the reception
Lat. 56°29´38´´ N och Lon. 14°51´10´´ O.
Follow the road sign ”Hätteboda Vildmarkscamping” from road 120 in the center of Urshult when you come from the west and when you come from the east you follow the road sign 3 km before Urshult and now you avoid coming onto the small paths or forest transport routes!
